Foot Scrub Recipe:

This is the best foot soak recipe, I’ve found. It’s a homemade foot scrub that’s refreshing, easy to make and smells like rosemary and peppermint essential oils. This recipe will make enough to use several times, so mixing in a resealable container allows you to save it.

Directions:

  • Mix 1/2 cup of finely ground sea salt with one-quarter cup of coconut oil
  • Add ten drops of essential oil of rosemary
  • Add six drops of peppermint essential oil

If you feet are very sensitive, you can add in extra coconut oil the 1st time you try this rosemary and peppermint foot soak.

After your foot scrub is mixed, simply apply the scrub to your feet and massage it in. Lay back, relax and enjoy the wonderful scent. When you’re done, simply rinse off.
